it only took 2 months but we finally got our building permits, construction on the building officially begins tomorrow.  so our home is a bit chaotic, they are beginning on the third level (the kids floor) and that was where our bedroom use to be, so we are now moved into the kid's room and they are both in the living room.  j spent most of the day tearing down the wall between their rooms and boarding up one of the doors and with a new coat of paint and some art on the walls it will be a perfect room.  the kids feel like they are camping with stuff everywhere and piper likes that she can lie on her bed while she watches cartoons.  hopefully this phase won't be too long and they can move into their new rooms soon.
