lil p is a thumb sucker and the other day she peeled a little piece of skin from her thumb and all day she was saying "boo boo" I kept kissing it and she would still wail - oh my what to do - I kept telling her it was okay, but when she would try to suck it, it would sting. it's better today, we don't talk about it, I don't want to remind her of her injury. the picture above was a happy day with her thumb.

    oh the pooor one, we have here a dummy-addict in an age where she should get rid of it, simply telling: I NEED it - and I can really FEEL the need - so what to do with an "out of order"thumb??? I feeeel sooo sorry for her - hoping the thumb will heal soon ;-))

    Oh poor little one - remember that from our youngest.. The trauma! It's hard, isn't it, when you can't do what would comfort you most..

    I was a thumb sucker too when I was little, and it caused me all sorts of problems that I can only tell you in person!!!
    I like lil' P's plushie toy. It's got so much character!

    Oh no! I feel her pain! My daughter is still a serious thumb sucker at 6 1/2. Luckily I know from experience they don't have too many 'unsuckable' days but when they have them it's oh so sad.

    The magazine is wonderful! I sepecially love the article on the Monoprint. I alway thought to do monoprints, you needed a press - doing it this way opens up a whole new world to me! Thank you, love your work!
