j was asked to make two of his small kids chairs a bit taller (for 4 year olds) yeah pretty lucky kids  - he did a seat pad so that it wouldn't cover up all the details.  this chair was steam bent and the legs were turned - no hardware just dowels and glue - he's a pretty awesome craftsman.
