hi everyone,

I hope your weekend was great! - I am getting caught up and that's so exciting for me, I want to try and do some new designs before the craft show season takes over.  

lately our little brick and mortar has been busier than past years, I think it's due to new neighbours like comrags and hide, as well as all the new food places like l'ouvrier and bent.  It's great meeting all of you in person.  I am working hard to get the shop ready for the holiday season, definitely our busiest time of the year and it makes all of us giddy.

I mentioned awhile back we went to a wood salvaged place and got these great floor boards from an old barn that was 75 years old and giving it new life as serving boards.  I love all the different shapes that j planned out, mostly due to the imperfections in the wood.  j rubbed mineral oil onto the surface making it food safe and easy to care for.  we are only selling them in the brick and mortar.  I couldn't help but keep a few for myself.  I hope you like them too.
