I'm really excited about the etsy meet-up happening on friday, it's going to be video taped- so those of you who can't make it will see bits of it on the etsy site. I'll let you know when it's available.

I wanted to show you a few things I got at the junction flea, this pretty little plate in the most perfect condition and this awesome bag that I think was a mail bag? not sure - a part of me knows it's crazy to think of cutting it to make a different sort of bag, I love it so much the way it is, it will probably stay intact. another item I got was a wonderful wood ladder that I will use for outdoor craft show displays. I can't wait till the next flea!

Can't wait to hear when the next flea market is - I had to miss this one and am still kicking myself. Your finds are awesome, though!

  2. I hope to come to the next junction flea! And I have the same plate! I've been looking for a holder for it to hang it on the wall but I can't find one that small! Let me know if you have any ideas!

  4. i think that is a mail bag, too. we once had one very similar but with a more modern clasp. it did say US MAIL in big letters...you could always scan the stencil and recreate it on your own bags.
