this is called a positive wall - I don't know much more since I found it on a Netherlands site called VT Wonen (our Canadian bag of animals will be in their Sept. issue)

    This wall was made for the VT Wonen house on a big dutch living fair each year in Amsterdam. Now it is a limited edition piece of wallpaper that can be bought at their online shop.

    Thought maybe you wanted to know....
