phew writing all this is making me exhausted - off now to stuff 100 softies (no joke).

if only you can see my work space - I am generally very neat and organized (sometimes driving others that live around me crazy) but the past couple of weeks I have been swamped with wholesale orders and my workspace looks like a hurricane hit. I have been letterpress printing non-stop for three days now - it's so hard standing in one spot - I am thinking about getting a mat to stand on - the above image is a quick pile of tags I did with some remnant paper I had - I will sell them as sets during the upcoming craft shows - how can you not fall in love with the tactility of letterpress printing. below is an image of a ladder john built me to display all the tea towels in the shop - I will post an image later when it gets installed. I am also trying to work on new fall products - a new bag, more aprons, new prints for storage boxes (bigger ones) - get the watercolour painted calendar printed (still deciding on cardstock) - shoot screen for a new design that I am really happy about (will show you later)
the start of my day yesterday was a meeting at OCAD - the school year is fast approaching and I need to get my lectures and projects organized. when I returned home from the meeting I ordered pillow inserts, fabric, boxes and packaging for mailing, wood for a new table john is building for shop display and wood for alphabets, also ordered kraft and glassine envelopes for the letterpress work.
