I've been a big fan of Tilleke Schwarz since seeing her work in Selvedge. I have a fondness for embroidery, the majority of my sculptural work is embroidered in two dimensional and three dimensional form. Tilleke's work has a painterly quality and it reminds me of Basquiat's paintings.
