imagine living here-found this in john's folder of interesting things - not sure the source of both images.dyeing is on the brain - image above is an indigo bath. I missed out on the workroom's natural dyeing class.

    the top image looks like it is from Yemen in the Haraz Mountains... those are all natural buildings made from cob (a mixture of earth, straw and water)... stunning sustainable architecture within a beautiful part of the world... be sure to check out the nearby Socotra Islands for their stunning otherworldly vegetation.
