gordon matta-clark at the whitney

I hope I can make it to the retrospective of gordon matta-clark's work. he is the son of surrealist painter matta. matta-clark died at a young age in his 30's. from an architecture point of view you understand what a building is by taking it apart. from an art point of view the forms are beautiful - also, unfortunately a lot of his work are photos - his de-installations were all temporary.
